Arrival
Your room is available from 14:00 pm. In case you will not be able to join dinner on the day of arrival (between 18:30 - 20:00 pm), please inform us before 20:00 pm!
- Departure
We kindly request you to leave your room before 11:00 am on the day of departure.
- Elevator
There are 4 elevators available in our hotel.
- Payment
Your afternoon coffee, your drinks at the bar, beauty treatments etc. can be booked on your room during your entire stay, so that you can pay everything at once when checking out (we accept: cash payments and payment by EC-card, for credit card payments we must charge a supplement of 2%) Einen Leistungsnachweis für Ihre Getränke etc. erhalten Sie im Restaurant.
- Bathrobes
Bathrobes are availale in your room for the duration of your stay.
- Bike rental
Free bike rental for our guests, we have trekking-, cross- and mountain bikes available.
- Hairdresser
Our hair salon is situated on the 3rd floor. Appointments can be made at the hotel reception.
- Garage
For every room we offer a free parking place in the underground car park or under the carport.
- Golf club
We are partner hotel of the Berchtesgaden Golf Club. Our guests receive 30% discount on the current Greenfee price, as well as 10% disount on all offers of the golf school.
- Hotel doors
With your room keycard you can open all hotel doors after 23:00 pm.
- Dogs
For your quadruped friend we charge € 12,00 per day (without feed).
Please understand, that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

- Tourist tax
The tourist tax will be charged separately. You will receive a guest card from us. On presentation of this card you will receive discounts on the entrance fee of many facilities. With this card public transport with ÖPNV is mostly free as well.

Massages take place in our Wellvital-Residenz. Personal appointments or by phone (internal 143, from outside + 49 (0)8652/945143).
- Siesta
We request you to respect the "siesta" hours from 13:00 to 15:00 pm in particular.
- Pool
· Outdoor pool: 15 x 6 meters (ca. 28° C), from May to October depending on the weather conditions.
· Indoor pool: 12 x 6 meters (ca. 29° C), leisure pool oasis with panoramic windows offering a view of the surrounding mountains, with 2nd, year-round heated outdoor pool (34° C) with Jacuzzi seats, heated water seats and heat-therapy stone beds. Opening hours: 07:00 am to 20:00 pm.
- Parking
There are sufficient free parking places available for our guests.
We recommend our free underground pakring or our carport.
- Prices
Our hotel prices are per person per day and include:
night incl. breakfast buffet or night incl. breakfast and dinner (half board), outdoor pool, panoramic indoor pool, year-round heated outdoor pool, sauna complex, fitness room, big sunbahting area, (underground) parking, bike rental and VAT.
- Sauna complex
In our new sauna complex you will find 4 different saunas, relax rooms, foot-baths and immersion baths. The saunas are heated from 14:30 to 19:30 pm. In the winter months (December to mid April) our saunas are heated from 13:30 pm already to warm you up in the cold season.
- New Year's Eve
For the New Year's Eve party we charge a supplement of € 47,00 per person
- Cancellation policy
Sounds unpleasant and is unpleasant. For all! Too bad if a room stays empty, while other guests would have been glad to book it. Our request: please inform as in time in case you have to cancel, preferably in writing!
In case of cancellations up to 35 days before arrival, no costs are charged. For short-term cancellations, costs are charged as listed below (unless you can prove that no or only minor damage occurred):
34th - 28th day before day of arrival: 50% of the total reservation sum 27th - 15th day before day of arrival: 60% of the total reservation sum 14th - 7th day before day of arrival: 70% of the total reservation sum
From the 6th day before arrival and in case of no-show, 80% of the total reservation sum will be charged! For travel agencies and for bookings of 2 or more accommodations, cancellation claims are dealt with in accordance with the law and jurisdiction. We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance!
In case of late arrival or early departure, the room price minus 20% is charged!
- Restaurant
Our service staff books you a table in the restaurant!
· Breakfast
From 7:.30 to 10:30 am. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy breakfast on our sun terrace as well.
· Dinner
In our non-smoking restaurant you can enjoy a 4-course menu as part of your half board reservation. It starts with a rich raw and cooked salad buffet, followed by a soup. We offer 3 main courses and several desserts to choose from. Guests who have booked B&B only can always enjoy a dinner »à la carte« in our restaurant. Dinner time between 18:30 and 20:00 pm. We refund half board guests who don't join dinner € 6,00 per dinner, provided that it is cancelled in the morning.
