Ayurveda
Why wandering about in the distance, while the good things are so close?
Ayurveda can look back on a long history and means the complete knowledge of man and nature. According to the over 5000 years old Ayurveda-theory Vata means ether and air, Pitta comes from fire and Kapha finds its origin in earth and water.
Rule: all we can do ourselves to improve our own health, works better than what others do for us.
The 3 Doshas: all three principles are essential for survival and the interaction between them can be find everywhere in nature again.
- Vata (wind, air) the principle of movement
- Pitta (fire and water) the principle of fire resp. of the metabolism
- Kapha (earth and water) the principle of structure
