From Guesthouse Hirschkaser at the Hochschwarzeck your eyes are drawn to the Hochkalter and Blaueis, as well as to the Wimbach Valley. It takes approx 30 minutes from the mountain station to the “Toten Mann” (1391 m).
The chair lift from the parking lot at the  Hochschwarzeck (1000 m) – Hirschkaser,
brings you up in approx 15 minutes.
From the Hochschwarzeck you will descend via Söldenköpfl and the Soleleitungsweg and via this same road back to the Hochschwarzeck (total duration of this descent route appox 2,5 hours).
