What should I wear?
Ideally, you come in a bathrobe or comfortable clothes. To protect your privacy, only the body parts to be treated will be uncovered, disposable briefs are available.
Should I bring something?
For our „non-hotel guests“ we provide bathrobes, towels and slippers of course. Water and various tea varieties are available for you.
Should I notice something specific?
We recommend you to come a few minutes before the start of your treatment already, so that you can optimally enjoy your well-being time.
What treatment is right for me?
Of course we are happy to advise you in case you don’t know what to choose.
What if I’m late?
Of course we always do our utmost to offer you the best possible treatment and, if possible, to give you your full treatment time. Because we have to consider our other guests as well, unfortunately this is not always possible. We ask for your understanding, that the treatment price cannot be reduced in these cases.
And if I have to cancel my appointment?
If you can’t make it to your appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel one day in advance at the latest. Otherwise we have to charge you 70 % of the treatment price. We ask for your understanding.
Everyone wants to enjoy his/her treatment in peace and quiet, that’s why we kindly ask your to consider other guests, to switch off your mobile phone and to be speak at an appropriate volume.
Please inform the Spa team about any health problems other symptoms such as allergies of results of accidents or injuries that could affect you when using the Spa or a treatment.
